It is common knowledge that traditionally, the energy sector is a male-dominated field and it can be intimidating for women who are new to the sector or even veterans to break the glass ceiling to reach top leadership positions within the sector due to various reasons.
Our Mission
Our mission is to encourage and unite women in energy by offering a guiding platform for their progress in the industry through career accelerators, mentors, professional development, trainings, and exposure.
